Summer Retainer

Our Tenancy agreement commences on the 1st July for a 12 month period to the 30th June. Summer retainer is £100 (The rent is £261.82/£218.18pcm x 11 months) Our summer period offer is different to most other letting agents as we allow full use of the property between the period 1st July - 31st August providing full £100 non refundable retainer is paid on signing of contract. Between the summer period access to all areas is allowed without notification at all times by Landlords/Tradesmen etc to carry out any maintenance work to the property.
